SMS Consent Policy

This page describes the SMS messaging consent terms for clients of Audient Solutions LLC and the businesses we operate messaging on behalf of, including Milk and Honey Beauty Bar. Customers opt in to receive text messages either by agreeing on a recorded phone call or by submitting the consent form on this page at https://www.audientsolutions.com/sms-consent.

Who is sending the messages

SMS messages are sent on behalf of Milk and Honey Beauty Bar. Audient Solutions LLC is the registered technology provider that operates the SMS infrastructure for Milk and Honey Beauty Bar under their authorization.

How consent is obtained

Consent is captured in one of two ways:

  • On a recorded phone call (most common): when a customer calls Milk and Honey Beauty Bar, our AI receptionist asks whether it can text them a booking link. The customer agrees verbally. That agreement is captured in the call recording and transcript, which are retained as the record of consent, and the booking link is then sent by text.
  • Web form: a customer may instead opt in here by entering their mobile number and checking the consent box in the “Opt in to SMS” section above.

Every text message includes the message frequency, notice that message and data rates may apply, and STOP (opt out) and HELP instructions.

Record of consent: calls handled by our AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed. The recording and transcript of each opt-in — along with the customer's mobile number and the date and time consent was given — are retained as the record of that customer's consent, and are available to verify opt-in on request.

What messages are sent

Customers receive transactional SMS messages including appointment booking links requested during a phone call, and replies to questions the customer sends to the SMS line. Message frequency: one message per booking request, plus any replies to customer-initiated conversations. No marketing or promotional content is sent.

Rates and opt-out

Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for assistance.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are not shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for marketing, affiliate, or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to send the transactional messages described above.
