Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Audient Solutions LLC (“Audient Solutions,” “we,” “us”), including our website, our AI voice receptionist service, and the SMS messaging program described below. By using our services or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
About our services
Audient Solutions LLC provides AI-powered voice receptionist and SMS messaging infrastructure on behalf of client businesses (such as salons, restaurants, and other service businesses), including Milk and Honey Beauty Bar. When messages are sent through this program, they are sent on behalf of the named client business; Audient Solutions LLC acts as the registered technology provider operating the messaging infrastructure under each client's authorization.
SMS and Mobile Communications Terms
Program description
This SMS program sends transactional text messages (such as appointment booking links and replies to customer questions) on behalf of Milk and Honey Beauty Bar and other client businesses operated by Audient Solutions LLC. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Opt-in
Customers opt in in one of two ways: by agreeing on a recorded phone call with our AI receptionist (which asks whether it can text a booking link; the customer's verbal agreement is captured in the call recording and transcript and retained as the record of consent), or by submitting the web consent form at https://www.audientsolutions.com/sms-consent. Every message includes the message frequency, notice that Msg & data rates may apply, and STOP/HELP instructions.
Record of consent: calls handled by our AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed. The recording and transcript of each opt-in, along with the customer's mobile number and the date and time consent was given, are retained as the record of consent and are available to verify opt-in on request.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is transactional only — typically one message per booking request, plus any replies to messages the customer sends. We do not send recurring, promotional, or marketing messages.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Audient Solutions LLC does not charge you for messages; your wireless carrier’s standard rates apply.
HELP
Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us at audient.solutions@gmail.com or 832-998-5353.
STOP
Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out of future SMS from that number. You may also verbally request to opt out during any future call.

Privacy of SMS data
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with, sold to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most US-based carriers including their MVNOs.
